WHAT can be returned?
Any damaged/open or expire products can be return.  

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Customer need to inform us or email as soon as they are aware of any damaged to product. It is adviceble to contact us immediately.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
We will collect the item once we been advised.

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us to arrange a return.

SHIPPING for returns?
We will collect the items as we have inhouse transport facility
CREDIT for returns?
Good will be exchanged as requirement by Client.

Packing materials?
Do items need to be in orginal packaging for returns-Yes.
